but imagine matt and mello on a road trip:
- matt taking random exits because he’s bored of driving for a long time, incurring mello’s wrath when he decides YES, he does want to stop and see the world’s largest ball of twine
- mello aggressively tailing drivers in the left lane and flashing his high beams to make those fuckers merge
- matt trying to feed mello french fries while he’s driving
- mello lighting matt’s cigarettes for him while he drives so he doesn’t have to fumble around for a lighter and stop paying attention to the road
- mello getting restless from being in the car so long, so he drives overnight while matt sleeps in the passenger seat
- matt remembering all of these things as he climbs out of his car for the last time. he said goodbye to mello earlier that day, but now he has to do it again
